Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used candles, room sprays, or diffusers.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kindledraine.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Our Quality Promise
Each Kindled Raine candle is hand-poured in small batches using premium ingredients and carefully tested for performance.
Because slight variations can naturally occur with handcrafted products, we recommend following the candle care instructions provided with your order to ensure the best burn experience.
If you experience an issue with your candle’s performance upon first use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kindledraine.com with your order number and photos of the candle so we can review and assist.
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are limited to one replacement per order.
Kindled Raine reserves the right to deny replacements where improper candle care or excessive use is evident.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
