At Kindled Raine, every product is hand-poured and carefully packed in small batches. We appreciate your patience and support for slow-made goods.

Processing Times

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

During launches, holidays, and collection releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Kindled Raine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used candles, room sprays, or diffusers.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kindledraine.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Candle Care & Product Responsibility

For the best experience and safety, please follow all candle care and usage instructions included with your order.

Kindled Raine is not responsible for improper product use or storage after delivery.

Our Quality Promise

Each Kindled Raine candle is hand-poured in small batches using premium ingredients and carefully tested for performance.

Because handcrafted candles can experience slight natural variations, we recommend following the candle care instructions included with your order to ensure the best burn experience.

If you experience an issue with your candle’s performance upon first use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kindledraine.com with your order number and photos of the candle so we can review and assist.

Approved replacements are offered at the discretion of Kindled Raine and are limited to one replacement candle per customer.

Kindled Raine reserves the right to deny replacement requests where improper candle care, excessive use, or intentional misuse is evident.
