How long does processing take?

All Kindled Raine products are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup or delivery may be available for select GTA locations when applicable.

Candles

What wax do you use?

Our candles are crafted using a premium coconut apricot wax blend for a clean, slow, and luxurious burn experience.

Are your candles non-toxic?

We use high-quality fragrance oils that are phthalate-free and carefully selected for a clean home fragrance experience.

Why is my candle tunneling?

Tunneling typically occurs when a candle is not allowed to burn long enough during the first few burns. We recommend allowing the melt pool to reach the edges of the vessel each time you burn your candle.

How long should I burn my candle?

For best results, burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time and trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

Why does my candle look slightly different from photos?

Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in appearance may naturally occur.

Room Sprays & Diffusers

How long do ambient diffusers last?

Diffusers typically last approximately 2–4 months depending on room temperature, airflow, and reed usage.

Can room + linen sprays be used on fabric?

Yes — our room + linen sprays are designed for use in the air, on linens, and on most fabrics. We recommend patch testing delicate materials first.

Returns & Quality

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

What if my candle doesn't burn properly?

If you experience a performance issue upon first use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved replacements are offered at the discretion of Kindled Raine and are limited to one replacement candle per customer.
